Terms of Service

Effective Date: 07/01/2026

Welcome to the websites for Dilden Bros. Well Drilling, including dildenbrothers.com and dildendrilling.com. These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you visit our websites, contact us through our websites, request information, or work with Dilden Bros. Well Drilling for well, pump, water system, and related services.

By using our websites or requesting service from Dilden Bros. Well Drilling, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Dilden Bros. Well Drilling

Dilden Bros. Well Drilling provides well drilling, pump service, pressure tank service, water lines, inspections, chlorination, well cleaning, water conditioning, well sealing, agricultural water system support, commercial pump and well support, geothermal application support, irrigation well support, municipal support, and water supply troubleshooting.

These Terms apply to use of our websites and general interactions with Dilden Bros. Well Drilling. Specific projects, estimates, invoices, proposals, or written service agreements may include additional terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written agreement signed or approved for a specific job, the written agreement for that job will control.

2. Website Information

The information on our websites is provided for general informational purposes only. While we try to keep information accurate and helpful, website content may not include every detail that applies to your property, water system, equipment, site conditions, or service need.

Nothing on our websites guarantees that a particular service, repair, water yield, water quality result, timeline, price, or outcome will apply to your specific situation. A proper recommendation usually requires a conversation, inspection, site review, or additional evaluation.

3. Estimates, Pricing, and Project Scope

Any estimate, quote, or proposal provided by Dilden Bros. Well Drilling is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. Final cost, timing, or scope may change if additional issues are discovered, site conditions are different than expected, materials or equipment needs change, or the customer requests additional work.

Examples of conditions that may affect a project include soil and rock conditions, well depth, water yield, water quality, access limitations, underground obstructions, existing system condition, utility locations, weather, permitting, equipment availability, and other factors outside of our control.

Dilden Bros. Well Drilling will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes before additional work is performed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, existing water system, known issues, access limitations, ownership or authorization to request work, and any known private underground utilities or hazards.

Before drilling, excavation, trenching, or similar work, public utility locating may be required. Customers are responsible for identifying or disclosing private underground items that may not be marked by public utility locating services, such as private water lines, septic components, irrigation lines, electrical lines, propane lines, invisible pet fences, drainage lines, and other private systems.

Customers are also responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and securing pets, livestock, gates, vehicles, or other items that could affect safe access or completion of the work.

5. Scheduling and Service Availability

Dilden Bros. Well Drilling makes reasonable efforts to schedule work promptly and communicate expected timing. However, service dates and arrival windows may be affected by weather, emergency calls, equipment availability, site conditions, permitting, customer readiness, or other circumstances.

For urgent water system issues, including no-water situations, Dilden Bros. Well Drilling may prioritize service based on severity, availability, and customer need. Live call answering or emergency support does not guarantee immediate dispatch or same-day completion.

6. Water Yield, Water Quality, and System Performance

Water wells and water systems depend on natural groundwater conditions, site conditions, equipment selection, installation, maintenance, and usage. Because groundwater conditions can vary, Dilden Bros. Well Drilling cannot guarantee a specific water quantity, water quality, mineral content, taste, odor, or long-term groundwater condition unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Water quality and system performance may change over time. Changes in pressure, flow, pump cycling, odor, sediment, staining, or other conditions may require inspection, testing, cleaning, conditioning, repair, or adjustment.

7. Equipment, Materials, and Manufacturer Warranties

Pumps, tanks, controls, water treatment equipment, and other materials may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, if available, is controlled by the manufacturer’s terms.

Dilden Bros. Well Drilling may assist customers with understanding equipment issues or warranty-related questions, but manufacturer warranties are separate from any workmanship obligations provided by Dilden Bros. Well Drilling.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation, freezing, power issues, acts of nature, unauthorized repairs, changes made by others, or lack of appropriate maintenance may not be covered.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated on the applicable invoice, estimate, proposal, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of service or billing.

Dilden Bros. Well Drilling may require deposits, progress payments, or payment upon completion depending on the type and size of the project. Customers are responsible for paying approved charges for labor, materials, equipment, permits, subcontracted work, and related services.

Past-due balances may result in delayed service, collection activity, or other remedies allowed by law.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should contact Dilden Bros. Well Drilling as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule service. Depending on the timing, project type, materials ordered, permits obtained, or work already performed, cancellation or rescheduling may result in charges.

Dilden Bros. Well Drilling may reschedule work due to weather, unsafe site conditions, emergency service needs, equipment issues, or other circumstances that affect safe or practical completion of the job.

10. Website Contact Forms and Communications

When you submit a contact form, call, email, or otherwise communicate with Dilden Bros. Well Drilling, you agree to provide accurate information. You also agree that we may contact you using the phone number, email address, or other contact information you provide.

Submitting a form or message through the website does not create a binding service agreement. A service agreement, estimate, or project scope must be confirmed separately.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold Dilden Bros. Well Drilling harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses that result from inaccurate information you provide, unsafe or undisclosed site conditions, unauthorized service requests, misuse of our websites, or violation of these Terms.
